Lucky555 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the payment method is cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit is applied.
The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) have a minimum of RM 30. Bank transfer deposits (FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) have a minimum of RM 100. Cryptocurrency deposits have a minimum equivalent to RM 100. You confirm that all funds deposited into your Lucky555 Account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. Lucky555 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the Account holder's name may be suspended pending investigation.
E-wallet deposits are credited instantly in normal circumstances. Bank transfer and FPX deposits are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes. Lucky555 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of Lucky555's KYC verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Standard Account withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. Platinum Tier members receive priority processing within 4 hours. Black Diamond VIP members receive same-day processing. Lucky555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Users who have accepted and are actively fulfilling bonus terms.

Game content is provided under licence from the respective game studios and is subject to those studios' intellectual property rights. Lucky555 operates under valid content licensing agreements with all game providers on its Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.
Lucky555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or RM 10,000, whichever is lower.
Lucky555 is not liable for any losses arising from: Force majeure events; failure of your internet connection or device; actions or omissions of third-party payment processors; or the outcome of any game or sporting event.
You may close your Lucky555 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to KYC verification.
Lucky555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC requirements; or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or legal risk to Lucky555. In cases of fraudulent activity, Lucky555 may withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, forfeit those balances entirely.
